Christian Lance, MD
Dr. Christian Lance brings a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for patient care to her practice. A proud Aggie, she graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Biomedical Science before earning her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. Residency at Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital honed her skills in Family Medicine, which she has been practicing with board certification since 2006. With a focus on cardiology, mental health, and evidence-based medicine, Dr. Lance is committed to providing comprehensive and compassionate care. Beyond her professional life, she cherishes time with her husband, Brent Schreiner, and their two sons, who are active in the Paschal pyramid. Her home is also filled with the warmth of three dogs and a cat. An avid reader, arts supporter, and music enthusiast, Dr. Lance believes in a well-rounded approach to life and wellness.
Abby Voigt, PA-C
With 14 years of experience in family practice, Abby Voigt, PA-C, brings a wealth of knowledge and a compassionate approach to patient care. She earned her Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. Driven by a passion for holistic health, Abby has expanded her expertise beyond traditional medicine, obtaining two nutrition certifications and currently pursuing certification as a Culinary Medicine Specialist.
Abby's dedication to empowering her patients extends to specialized areas of interest, including female hormone health and skincare. She believes in a comprehensive approach to wellness, combining medical expertise with lifestyle modifications.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Abby is a vibrant member of her community. She has been very active on PTA’s within the Paschal pyramid for many years. She shares her love of fitness as a Jazzercise instructor and expresses her creativity through art and jewelry. She is happily married to Jason, and together they are proud parents of two sons who will both be attending the University of Arkansas next year.
